We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Inc.

  • Salary:$45,000 - $65,000 per year
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a role model and leader for staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Manage store operations, including supervising staff, assigning tasks, ordering merchandise, and maintaining inventory.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and increase employee productivity.
  • Analyze sales data and reports to inform business decisions and optimize store performance.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Foster a positive work culture, promoting teamwork, open communication, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • At least 1 to less than 7 months of experience in retail management or supervision.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Availability to work 30 to 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime as needed.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position working in a fast-paced retail environment. Public transportation is available.
