Job Description:

Ontario Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for planning and directing food preparation and cooking activities of several restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning: Plan menus that ensure food meets quality standards, taking into account customer preferences and dietary requirements.
  • Chef Management: Supervise activities of sous-chefs, specialist chefs, chefs, and cooks, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Maintain high standards of food safety and quality, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Degree in culinary arts or related field
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
