Job Title: Executive Chef

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Smart Kitchen Tech Inc. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen team and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and prepare menus, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences
  • Supervise kitchen staff and ensure they are following proper food safety and handling procedures
  • Manage inventory and ordering of food and supplies
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Train and develop kitchen staff to improve their skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience as a head cook or executive chef
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures

Working Conditions:

  • Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift heavy objects

Language: English

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week

Work Setting: Central food commissary, cafeteria

Personal Suitability: Client focus, dependability, excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, time management

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
