Executive Chef

MAGLICIOUS is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency in every dish.
Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory to optimize menu pricing and profitability.
- Analyze operating costs and other data to inform menu engineering and kitchen operations.
- Develop and implement new recipes, menu items, and cooking techniques to stay ahead of culinary trends.
- Supervise and train a team of cooks, sous chefs, and other kitchen staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- Collaborate with our culinary team to plan and execute special events, banquets, and weddings.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Work closely with our purchasing team to source high-quality ingredients and supplies.
- Develop and manage kitchen budgets, controlling costs and optimizing resource allocation.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for culinary excellence and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- 1-2 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role.
- Proven track record of menu engineering, kitchen operations, and team management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and quality control.
MAGLICIOUS is a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. As an Executive Chef, you will be working in a commercial kitchen, with a focus on maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
