Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth in the Quebec region;
- Foster strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities;
- Prepare customized business proposals to secure new clients and expand current customer bases;
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity;
- Ongoing learning and professional development to enhance job performance.
- Tenacious personality with a focus on development;
- Fluency in French; English is an asset;
- Excellent autonomy and time management skills;
- Knowledge of lubricant sales is an asset;
- Experience in sales, industrial, commercial, automotive or environmental services markets;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A competitive base salary with quarterly bonus potential;
