We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Tim Horton's. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate daily restaurant operations to identify areas for improvement
- Monitor revenues and labour costs to optimize profitability
- Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation
- Recruit and manage staff to meet business needs
- Set and manage staff work schedules to ensure adequate coverage
- Cost products and services to maintain profitability
- Organize and maintain inventory to minimize waste and optimize stock levels
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales growth
- Leading and instructing individuals to achieve business objectives
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Work under pressure to meet business objectives
- Repetitive tasks and physically demanding work
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Standing for extended periods and occasional heavy lifting
- Accurate and dependable with excellent communication skills
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing business needs
- Organized and reliable with a strong work ethic
- Team player with excellent leadership skills

- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
- Permanent position with 35 hours per week
