Job Title: Reservations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reservations Supervisor to join our team at NU WAY TOUR & TRAVELS INC.

Job Summary:

The Reservations Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the activities of our reservations team, ensuring seamless customer service and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised to maintain a hands-on approach
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on team performance and customer feedback
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high quality
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed
Work Environment:

The Reservations Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide leadership
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
