We are seeking a highly skilled Reservations Supervisor to join our team at DAR ELSALAM CANADA INC.
Job SummaryThe Reservations Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the work of reservations staff, ensuring that all reservations are processed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of reservations staff to ensure that all reservations are processed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Perform same duties as workers supervised, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and resolving customer complaints.
- Co-ordinate, assign and review work to ensure that all reservations are processed correctly and efficiently.
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment.
- English language proficiency.
- 30 hours per week.
