Job Title: Reservations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reservations Supervisor to join our team at NU WAY TOUR & TRAVELS INC.

Job Summary:

The Reservations Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the activities of the reservations team, ensuring seamless customer service delivery and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordination and Supervision: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments, establish work schedules and procedures, and perform same duties as workers supervised.
  • Customer Service: Assist clients/guests with special needs, co-ordinate, assign and review work, and maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Staff Management: Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports, and provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Travel agency.
