Project Manager - Buildings Team

Arcadis is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our Project Management-Buildings Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing small to medium-sized projects involving industrial buildings and facilities, with a focus on electrical facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients as a single point of contact on different projects in various phases of project delivery (Feasibility, Concept, Design, CA, Close Out).
  • Manage industrial, commercial, and institutional building projects from start of design to completion of construction.
  • Lead multi-discipline teams in coordination with the discipline Group Practice Managers to produce designs and maintain quality of deliverables.
  • Drive a solution-focused attitude within project teams, resolving issues and risks as they arise, while managing a diverse project team.
  • Facilitate regular stakeholder and project sponsor meetings to define project direction and priorities in line with corporate objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in either Mechanical or Electrical field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Project Management with projects related to industrial, commercial, and institutional buildings.
  • Professional affiliation is an asset.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
