Food and Beverage Services Director

We are seeking a Food and Beverage Services Director to join our team at Coast Bastion Hotel. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage services, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise Staff: Lead and manage a team of hospitality professionals to deliver outstanding service to our guests.
- Train Staff: Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills, ensuring they meet the highest standards of customer service.
- Determine Service Offerings: Collaborate with senior management to determine the types of services to be offered, including menu development and operational procedures.
- Conduct Performance Reviews: Regularly assess staff performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Maintain Inventory: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient stock management and minimize waste.
- Ensure Health and Safety: Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for staff and guests.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our food and beverage services to potential customers.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Daily Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Client Focus: Demonstrate a client-focused approach, prioritizing guest needs and expectations.
- Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with staff, guests, and stakeholders.
- Communication: Exhibit excellent oral communication skills, effectively conveying information to colleagues, guests, and other stakeholders.
- Salary: Competitive salary range: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum.
