About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our team at Drive Products. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base in the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
  • Prospect and acquire new customers through targeted sales efforts, leveraging industry knowledge and product expertise to close deals.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and product development.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales records, reports, and data to track progress and inform future sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Strong sales and business development skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Industry knowledge and experience in the truck equipment and hydraulics sector, with a strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and a results-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory, as required.
