As a key member of our Water business, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic plans, and leading a team of professionals to deliver high-quality projects.

About the Role

The Regional Market Leader – Water will be accountable for:

  • Developing and implementing a regional business plan to drive growth and profitability
  • Leading a team of professionals to deliver projects and achieve business objectives
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Providing technical leadership and expertise to projects and teams
  • Collaborating with other Market Sector Leaders to position and win multidisciplinary projects

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree in a relevant field (engineering, environmental, etc.)
  • Membership in a recognized license association (Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec, etc.)
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a leader
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in project management for key projects
  • Established client base in mining and energy and resources related business markets
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, both verbal and written (English/French)
  • Ability to manage priorities and intervene as needed
  • Good emotional intelligence
  • Expertise to gather, influence, and motivate a group of professionals
