About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for empowering and leading your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To promote a respectful team environment and manage team members with open communication and understanding
  • To lead by example, demonstrating high standards of operational excellence and a passion for coaching and mentoring
  • To recruit, train, and coach a diverse team to achieve and maintain Tim Hortons' high standards of operation
  • To plan and execute methods of increasing sales and achieving targeted costs in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of quick service experience in a supervisory role
  • Prioritizing customer satisfaction and maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • Able to lift 25 pounds and work in a dynamic fast-paced environment
  • Able to engage others and develop high performance within the team

What We Offer:

  • $65,000 - $80,000 per year based on experience
