Restaurant Assistant Manager Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our restaurant leadership team, you will be responsible for empowering and leading your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a diverse team of restaurant staff to achieve high standards of operation and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to increase sales and achieve targeted costs.
  • Collaborate with the Restaurant Owner to develop and implement business plans to drive success and growth.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and adhering to health and safety protocols.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of quick service experience in a supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of recruiting, training, and coaching team members to achieve high standards of operation.
  • Strong operational experience and knowledge of restaurant management principles.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
