About the Role:

As a Restaurant Operations Director at Subway (1041956 BC), you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurants. This includes ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed, as well as enforcing provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular performance reviews with team members.
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage events and ensure that all necessary arrangements are made.
  • Work a minimum of 30 to 40 hours per week.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • English language proficiency.
