Job Title: Information Technology Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Technology Specialist to join our team at Accoravillage. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our backup systems and processes, as well as providing support in maintaining our network and server infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain backup systems and processes to ensure data integrity and availability.
  • Provide technical support for network and server-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to implement network and server upgrades and improvements.
  • Assist in the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software.
  • Use the firm's ticket management and change management systems.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of post-secondary education in Information Technology Services.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a Systems Analyst or related role.
  • Proven experience in managing backup systems and network/server infrastructure knowledge.
  • Strong understanding of security concepts surrounding operating systems and applications.
  • Relevant certifications considered an asset in any of the following: CompTIA Network+, Commvault, VMware vSphere, NetApp, Microsoft, Cisco, Palo Alto Networks.
