About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Technology Specialist to join our team at NRIT Consulting. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain policies and procedures that ensure the highest quality software products and information systems.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews to assess the effectiveness of quality assurance practices, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze and optimize software development processes to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in software development, quality assurance, or a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
