Information Security Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Security Specialist to join our team at Information Bodenseekreis. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their strategic and tactical security goals.
Key Responsibilities- Design and Implement Security Solutions: Develop and implement information security principles, policy enforcement, technical solutions, and awareness trainings to ensure the security and integrity of our clients' data.
- Cybersecurity Strategy and Roadmap Development: Develop comprehensive cybersecurity strategies and roadmaps for mid to large companies to help them navigate the complex world of cybersecurity.
- Security Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Assess security risks pertaining to data, software, and hardware for on-premise and cloud-based solutions, and develop policies and procedures to minimize the effects of security breaches.
- Compliance and Audit Management: Conduct technical audit reviews to ensure compliance with security policies and other industry standards, such as ISO 27001, NIST, SOC1/SOC2, and PCI DSS.
- Proficiency in English: Excellent oral communication, values, and ethics, effective interpersonal skills, and team player.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Certifications and Skills: Local or international designations such as Certified Information Security Systems Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), and Project Management Professional (PMP), as well as knowledge of C++, C#, Java, Python, and Shell scripting.
As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with clients to solve their information security problems, and contribute to the development of our clients' cybersecurity strategies and roadmaps. You will also be involved in security assurance activities, including IT/Security, Compliance, and Attestation audits.
