About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Retail Operations Manager to join our team at MacEwen. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail stores, ensuring that they run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales staff, including cashiers, retail salespersons, and sales clerks
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
  • Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance and provide feedback to staff
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service
  • Analyze sales data and identify trends to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Work Environment

This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be organized, and able to work independently as part of a team. Fluency in English is required.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
