Job Summary

The Lead Retail Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability. This includes developing staff, controlling expenses, and implementing effective merchandising and inventory control strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage store operations, including staffing, scheduling, and performance management
  • Develop and implement plans to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data, inventory levels, and employee performance
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and goals
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform retail strategies

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar industry
  • Proven track record of improving sales and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
