Job Title: Food Service Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Team Lead to join our team at Domino's Pizza. As a Food Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards and address customer complaints or concerns.
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Supervise and check assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
