Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality food preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless food preparation and service.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and food quality.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring accurate inventory management.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business improvement.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
