Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Domino's Pizza. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, including maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations: Establish methods to meet work schedules, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and prepare budget and cost estimates.
  • Reporting: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
