Job Title: Asset Management Director

Join Kiewit Development Company as an Asset Management Director and take on a challenging role that requires both commercial and technical expertise. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing oversight and guidance to our projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Represent the project company in communications with clients, design-builders, and operators
  • Ensure project agreement obligations are being satisfied
  • Manage project company reporting, including preparation, review, and presentation of reporting materials
  • Identify, monitor, and manage project risks
  • Oversee design-build and operator contractors in the fulfillment of their respective obligations
  • Change management and dispute resolution
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree in business or engineering
  • 10 years of experience in a relevant role, with 5+ years of experience providing technical and commercial oversight in the infrastructure, building, transportation, or industrial sector
  • Ability to review and interpret complex legal and financial agreements and summarize key issues
  • Experience presenting materials to project or company boards of directors
