Job Description
As a Business Development Representative at Puulse Marketing, you will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting potential clients, and closing deals. You will work closely with our sales team to share insights, strategies, and best practices, ensuring seamless collaboration and mutual growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- You must possess a demonstrable hunter mentality to build win-win relationships.
- Prior experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the payment services industry, or previous experience in selling services and products to small businesses.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Superior communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in using a CRM software and sales tools.
- An ambitious growth mindset that is always looking for new ways to improve and develop.
- A valid Ontario driver's license.
