Healthcare Clinic Manager

Job Summary:
Medicentres Canada Inc is seeking a skilled Healthcare Clinic Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our clinics. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing new initiatives, leading and communicating with staff and physicians, and ensuring high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve performance goals, including patient retention, satisfaction, and operational targets
Ensure company policies, processes, and procedures are adhered to
Manage clinic staffing levels and perform performance management, reviews, and discipline
Collaborate with physicians, patients, clients, vendors, and other internal and external customers
Requirements:
5-7 years of clinic experience
3 years of management experience, preferably in healthcare
Strong communication and customer service skills
Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving skills
Ability to handle confidential information
Work Environment:
Fast-paced environment with flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
Ability to travel between sites
Internal and External Communications:
Physicians
Clinic Support Office departments (IT, Accounting, Human Resources)
Vendors
Suppliers
Patients
