Medical Clinic Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Clinic Director to lead our team at Delta Medical Clinic. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our medical clinic, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Budget Planning and Management
Develop and manage the clinic's budget, ensuring effective financial planning and control.
Staff ManagementRecruit, train, and motivate a team of healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and administrative staff.
Data Analysis and ReportingOversee the analysis of data and information to inform business decisions and improve patient outcomes.
Work CoordinationCoordinate the work of doctors, nurses, and other staff to ensure seamless patient care and efficient clinic operations.
Project ManagementAssign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to drive business growth and improve patient satisfaction.
Requirements- Education
A degree in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, or optometry is required.
Work ExperienceAt least 2 years of experience in a medical clinic or healthcare setting is required.
Work SettingExperience working in a fast-paced medical clinic environment is essential.
Work Conditions and Physical CapabilitiesAbility to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail is required.
