Medical Clinic Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Clinic Director to lead our team at Delta Medical Clinic. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and administrative staff.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes.
- Operational Management
- Oversee the planning, organization, and control of clinic operations, including budgeting and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Quality and Safety
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Monitor and analyze clinical and operational data to inform decision-making.
- Education
- Degree in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, or optometry.
- Experience
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role in a healthcare setting.
- Skills
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
