Technical Support Specialist Role at Autodesk
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team at Autodesk as a Technical Support Specialist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to engage with customers from the Manufacturing community, providing solutions, directions, and troubleshooting for Autodesk products such as Inventor Professional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solve customer issues via various channels, ensuring prompt and effective resolution
- Provide expert assistance on product features and usage, empowering customers to get the most out of our software
- Research and document product issues for our knowledge base, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Handle and escalate critical issues, working closely with internal teams to resolve complex problems
- Document support interactions in our case management system, maintaining a comprehensive record of customer interactions
