Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our restaurant management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Restaurant Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing inventory, controlling costs, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and high levels of productivity.
- Customer Service: Ensure that every customer has an exceptional experience, responding to feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing initiatives and sales promotions to drive business growth and increase customer engagement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
- Work Setting: Various locations
- Budgetary Responsibility: $0 - $100,000
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Electronic cash register, MS Office, Point of sale system
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Repetitive tasks, Physically demanding, Combination of sitting, standing, walking

- Competitive Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year
