Restaurant Operations Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Assistant to join our team at DKB Investments. Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and manage budgets to optimize restaurant profits
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and other operational expenses
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Participate in marketing initiatives to promote the restaurant and attract new customers
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Basic security clearance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
