About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Heavy Duty Cleaner to join our team at LK Repair Terminal. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our premises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Industrial Cleaning: Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse from our facilities.
  • Waste Management: Empty trash cans and other waste containers to prevent litter and maintain a clean environment.
  • Window and Surface Cleaning: Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and visually appealing environment.
  • Minor Repairs: Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs.
  • Appliance Maintenance: Perform minor repairs on appliances to ensure they are functioning properly.
  • Safety and Security: Perform safety and security checks to ensure the premises are secure and free from hazards.
  • Winter Maintenance: Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas to ensure safe access to our facilities.
