Job Title: Heavy Duty Cleaner

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Heavy Duty Cleaner to join our team at LOAD KING TRANSPORT INC.

Job Summary:

The Heavy Duty Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, including sweeping, mopping, and waxing floors, as well as operating industrial vacuum cleaners and performing minor repairs.

Responsibilities:
  • Sweep, mop, and wax floors to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove debris and dirt
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers
  • Perform minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings
  • Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
Requirements:
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Initiative and ability to take on new tasks and responsibilities
  • Organized and reliable with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
