Job Description

This role will provide operational support for hosting client applications in the shared hosting environment of the Government Services Shared Utility Service (SUS). The successful candidate will perform tasks such as operations support, queue manager service request fulfillment, and configuration management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational tasks including incident intake and triage, service request fulfillment, change request assessment and implementation, and general reporting and data analysis.
  • Experience with middleware application suite, including IBM WebSphere Application Server, NDM, and Liberty, IBM DataPower, Deployment Automation, Urban Code Deploy, and Urban Code Velocity.
  • Experience with ITIL Incident Management process, ITIL Change Management process, and Remedy/eSMT or other service management tools.
  • Experience with reporting tools and data visualization, such as PowerBI.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with standard MS office suite.
  • Demonstrate initiative and responsiveness.
Requirements
  • Must have experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server, NDM, and Liberty, IBM DataPower, Deployment Automation, Urban Code Deploy, and Urban Code Velocity.
  • Must have experience with ITIL Incident Management process and ITIL Change Management process.
