Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Application Specialist to join our team at RBC Dominion Securities Inc. As a Business Application Specialist, you will play a key role in providing training and support to our branch teams across Canada.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one and team training sessions to branch teams on various business applications.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and presentations to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
  • Act as a subject matter expert to guide learners on the use of business applications.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and share best practices with branch teams.
  • Support the rollout of new technology and applications, including Salesforce.
  • Deliver presentations to provide timely updates and support branch initiatives.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of the wealth management industry and business applications.
  • Experience in a training or coaching capacity, with a consulting and problem-solving skill set.
  • Able to demonstrate and present essential information in a concise way.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to a variety of individuals.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
