The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit and Compliance Management Oversight Leader to join our team. As a key member of our Internal Audit department, you will be responsible for overseeing the 3rd line of defence audit coverage for TD Bank's regulatory compliance management (RCM) Framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, plan, and execute audit plans for compliance and regulatory compliance management oversight functions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management and external partners
- Lead a team of audit professionals in delivering high-quality audit services and ensuring the quality of work meets division standards
- Identify and address significant control gaps in areas audited and provide clear, comprehensive, and timely reporting on control matters
- Manage financial budgets and ensure alignment with divisional goals and objectives
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in leading audit teams within a regulatory environment
- Compliance audit expertise, with a focus on 2nd line coverage
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Experience in developing and executing strategies in both the short and long term
- Strong people management skills, with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams
