About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to join our team at Radio Canada International. As a key member of our data science team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and innovation through data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement advanced data analytics and machine learning solutions to drive business insights and growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven strategies
  • Design and implement data visualization tools to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our data science capabilities remain cutting-edge
  • Lead and mentor junior data scientists to develop their skills and expertise
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data science, with a strong focus on machine learning and advanced analytics
  • Proven track record of delivering high-impact data science projects that drive business growth and innovation
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of data engineering principles and experience with cloud-based data platforms
