Construction Site Management Lead

Job Overview:
">Ridgeback Contracting seeks a seasoned Construction Site Management Lead to oversee our construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating ongoing construction initiatives.
About the Role:
">This full-time position offers a stable work environment with a Monday to Friday schedule, providing a great balance between work and personal life. As a Construction Site Management Lead, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing and leading a construction crew, providing regular feedback and coaching
- Ensuring effective use of personnel, materials, equipment, facilities, and time
- Identifying training gaps and providing necessary training to team members
- Coordinating and managing site activities, ensuring project timelines are met
- Performing administrative tasks, including timekeeping, labor coding, safety reporting, and quantity takeoffs
Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you must have:
- At least 5 years of experience working in construction
- Strong knowledge of construction site protocols, rules, and code of conduct
- Concrete/ICF experience is an asset
- Excellent management, delegation, planning, and leadership skills
- A strong commitment to safety policies and procedures
