Construction Management Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Management Director to lead our construction projects from conception to completion. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in overseeing and directing construction projects, as well as reviewing project schedules and estimating costs.
About the Role
- Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
- Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory.
- Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licences.
- Analyse, manage and mitigate risks.
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of construction management processes means and methods.
- Proven working experience in construction management.
- Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.
- Familiarity with construction management software packages.
- Competent in conflict and crisis management.
- Leadership and human resources management skills.
- Excellent time and project management skills.
- Bachelor of Science degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field.
Salary Information
The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages to ensure that our employees feel valued and supported in their roles.
