Job Description:

Collage HR is seeking a highly skilled Associate Director, Digital Media Planning to lead our digital media planning and buying efforts. This is a full-time opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our clients.

As the Associate Director, Digital Media Planning, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital media strategies that drive growth and revenue for our clients. You will work closely with our account management team to understand client needs and preferences, and develop targeted digital media plans that meet those needs. You will also be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of digital media planners, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital media strategies that drive growth and revenue for our clients
  • Manage and mentor a team of digital media planners, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles
  • Work closely with our account management team to understand client needs and preferences, and develop targeted digital media plans that meet those needs
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless client service and operational efficiency
  • Present results and insights to clients and internal leadership


Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in digital media planning and buying
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital media strategies that drive growth and revenue
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience managing and mentoring a team of digital media planners
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
