About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Director, Digital Media Planning to join our team at Collage HR. As a key member of our growth marketing team, you will be responsible for leading a group of growth marketers across paid, search, owned, and creative channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor a team of Growth Marketers, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
  • Oversee strategy development and implementation for our largest and most complex client accounts.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless client service and operational efficiency.
  • Analyze performance data and market trends to inform strategic decisions and optimize campaign performance.
  • Present results, insights, and recommendations to clients and internal leadership.

Requirements:

  • At least 4+ years' experience in a digital role, ideally managing a team.
  • Experience of managing B2B & B2C social media channels, including paid social and paid search.
  • Strong desire to take ownership and drive growth opportunities.
  • Exceptional project management skills and ability to manage multiple high-priority campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong ability to present and persuade clients.
  • Experience with tools including Google Docs, FB Ads Manager, Hubspot, and Google Analytics.
