We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Team Lead to join our team at Light House Fresh and Tasty. As a Restaurant Team Lead, you will be responsible for the overall performance of our restaurant operations, including inventory management, customer service, and staff supervision.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role and a strong understanding of inventory management, customer service, and staff supervision. You will be responsible for organizing and maintaining inventory, ensuring health and safety regulations are followed, negotiating with clients, addressing customer complaints, and providing excellent customer service.

A successful Restaurant Team Lead will be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, as well as work collaboratively with our team to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and employees.
  • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, ensuring that agreements are mutually beneficial.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to optimize productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management, customer service, and staff supervision principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
