Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at CAFÉ BISTRO DU HAVRE. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning: Plan and prepare menus, estimating food requirements and costs.
  • Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring presentation and quality meet our standards.
  • Food Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Order and manage inventory of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and high-quality food.
Requirements
  • Cook Trade Certification: Possess a valid Cook Trade Certification.
  • Language: Fluency in French is required.
  • Availability: Availability for shift or on-call work, as well as the advertised start date.
