Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Server Assistant to join our team. As a Server Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Assisting servers with food and beverage service, including running food, refilling drinks, and clearing tables.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area, kitchen, and storage areas.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
- Participating in pre-service and post-service duties, including setting up and breaking down the dining area.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a similar environment, preferably in a fine dining restaurant.
- Smart Serve Certification is a requirement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
