Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Server Assistant to join our d|bar team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable dining experience. The Server Assistant will work closely with the Server to deliver outstanding service, clear tables, and reset them neatly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable dining experience
- Work closely with the Server to deliver outstanding service and meet guest expectations
- Clear tables and reset them neatly and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to d|bar standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
- Previous experience as a Server Assistant or Bus Person in a fast-paced food and beverage operation
- Excellent communication skills and command of the English language
- Smart Serve certification
- Ability to work all shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities
