About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at EASY LIQUOR EDSON INC. as a Store Supervisor. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Drive sales growth by implementing effective sales strategies, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Development: Mentor and develop sales floor staff, providing coaching and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock, to ensure that the store is well-stocked and that sales targets are met.
  • Store Appearance: Ensure that the store is well-maintained and visually appealing, including maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and ability to multitask.
