Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and minimizing losses.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Skills: Accurate, client-focused, flexible, organized, reliable, and a team player.
Work under pressure, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Standing for extended periods is required.
Language:English is the primary language of communication.
Work Schedule:40 hours per week, with a permanent employment contract.
