Recruitment & Retention Manager

We're seeking a talented Recruitment & Retention Manager to join our team at Pomeroy Kananaskis Mountain Lodge, an Autograph by Marriott resort nestled in the heart of the Canadian Rockies.
About the RoleAs a key member of our People & Culture team, you will be responsible for leading our full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to onboarding and retention. You will work closely with hiring managers to identify talent needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and build a robust candidate pipeline. Your expertise will help us attract, engage, and retain top talent in a highly competitive market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement recruitment plans to meet business needs, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify talent gaps and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with vocational institutions, industry partners, and other stakeholders to engage them in the hiring process.
- Develop and implement programs and services to enhance the candidate experience and improve retention rates.
- Provide training and support to the leadership team on talent requisition and retention programs.
We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment & Retention Manager with a strong background in full-cycle recruiting. You should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration, and at least 3 years of experience in recruitment. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
