About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment & Retention Manager to join our team at Pomeroy Kananaskis Mountain Lodge. As a key member of our People and Culture department, you will be responsible for leading our talent acquisition and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement full-cycle recruitment strategies to meet business needs, including sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify current and future workforce needs, and develop recruitment plans to prepare for future needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with vocational institutions, industry partners, and other stakeholders to engage them in the hiring process.
- Develop and implement programs and services in the area of recruitment and retention, including employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Provide communication and training to the leadership team related to talent requisition and retention programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in Human Resources Management or Business Administration.
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a proven track record of success in talent acquisition and retention.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Proven experience developing effective programs for workforce retention, promotion, and succession planning.
